These terms govern your use of the Good News online store at goodnewsclo.com and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the store explicitly indicates another currency. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.
Products
Our products are made to order through production partners. Product images include styled campaign and digitally created images. Actual garment color, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to production and screen settings. Please review the product description and sizing chart before ordering.
Shipping, returns, and changes
Our Shipping and Return Policy explains delivery estimates and our 30-day return window for unworn items. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us promptly about an address correction or cancellation; changes may not be possible once production has begun. This does not affect your applicable legal rights.
Use of the store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have authorization from a parent or guardian where applicable. Do not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its security, or infringe another person’s rights.
Our content
The Good News name, original artwork, photography, and website content are owned by Good News or used with permission. You may view the store for personal shopping. Other copying, commercial reuse, or redistribution requires permission, except as allowed by law.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep product and pricing information accurate. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or offer a cancellation and refund where appropriate. We may update the store, and temporary interruptions may occur.
Responsibility and third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and other service providers, and may link to third-party websites with their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, Good News is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from website interruptions or misuse of the store. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information. Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.
