Shipping and Return Policy

USA shipping
Good News products are made to order. Fulfillment time is separate from delivery time. The estimates below are in business days; weekends, holidays, and carrier delays may extend them.
- Economy: $6.95 per order; free on merchandise totals over $100 after discounts. Estimated fulfillment: 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days.
- Premium: $15 per order; free on merchandise totals over $200 after discounts. Estimated fulfillment: 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–2 business days.
Available shipping methods and final charges appear at checkout. Items fulfilled by different production partners may arrive separately. We will provide tracking when your order ships. Contact hello@goodnewsclo.com if your shipment is delayed or tracking appears incorrect.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please email hello@goodnewsclo.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send a return to our mailing address or directly to a production partner without instructions.
Return shipping and refunds
For a standard return, you are responsible for return postage. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs; we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover any return shipping we require. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a standard change-of-mind return, except where required by law.
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you and issue an eligible refund to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund; your bank may require additional time to post it.
Size changes and cancellations
For a different size, request a return under the conditions above and place a new order. For cancellation or address changes, email us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after production starts.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
